Faith Renner grew up in Montclair, NJ where she played field hockey and lacrosse at Montclair High School. She went on to play Division 1 collegiate lacrosse at Virginia Tech and Rutgers University where she completed her playing career as a two-time captain and earned Defensive Player of the Year honors. Academically, she was on the Dean’s List and received Big East Academic All America honors on three occasions. Renner began her coaching career at Kent Place School in New Jersey. At the small all girls private school, her team was able to make a strong run to the top of the rankings and finish with a State Semifinal appearance as well as a Prep School Final game appearance. After moving to Dallas, Renner spent one year at Episcopal School of Dallas as an assistant coach before making her move to the Southlake Carroll community. In her first three seasons in Southlake, her teams have had a North Texas Division 1 winning record for the first time in program history, and have seen the District Semifinals for the first time in program history. Renner is a 5X Under Armour All America Games Coach.
