What can I expect as a beginner?

What do I need?

Lacrosse requires a lacrosse stick, protective eye wear, cleats, a mouth guard, high energy, a fun attitude and a competitive spirit.

When is the season?

Lacrosse is traditionally played in the spring, and SGLA expects to begin the spring season in mid to late January and end in May.
